The little square mirror tiles are from ebay seller bluerivemosaic.
The silver glitter is Recollections, the sole is Martha Stewart "Sugar Plum" (it took about three coats). I lined the edges in individual silver sequins. The lettering is 3D puff paint with Sugar Plum glitter.
